A recent In-house built 40ft PES Containerised Substation for an 11Kv Gas Generation Project.
This Substation was designed in 2 sections; The first being a fully ventilated, bunded Midel Cooled Transformer Compound. The second a Mains 10 panel 11Kv Switchboard – complete with G99 and Generator Protection Relays, Class X CT’s, 5 Limb VT’s and Battery trip unit. The Substation was also treated with Anti-condensation finish, before being Thermally lined and Fireproofed, Supplied with external LED PIR lighting, and Dehumidifier.

We are able to design, build and supply Containerised Substations to meet a broad range of applications including Tunnelling, Solar, Wind, Generation as well as standard applications such as temporary substations.
Our Containerised Substations can be fully built, tested and pre-commissioned prior to arriving to site, providing a ‘plug and play’ option for electrical distribution, saving both time and cost onsite in comparison to using a GRP / Prefabricated Enclosure.
