PES Emergency Breakdown Response - Amazing Customer Feedback
Recently we received an urgent Friday breakdown on a critical site, with a trusted customer desperate to reinstate their supply.
The site had experienced a major fault on a Cast Resin Type Transformer and were loosing almost unfathomable costs due to the unit being part of the essential networks on a major power station.
We immediately began work to find a replacement for the Transformer – The unit in question a 2.7MVA 6.6Kv/433v, a little tricky to find to say the least!
Through our network of trusted suppliers we were able to locate, refurbish and supply the unit for first thing Monday morning.
Our Projects Team liaised with site throughout the weekend to coordinate the works, and we were able to supply an emergency PES Site Team to meet the delivery, carry out the full installation and have power reinstated - all in under a week.
By offering such a responsive service, our customer can now continue to generate power on the temporary unit until their new transformer arrives.
