Power Engineering Services restore, test and supply transformers and switchgear from our works in Leeds. We handle SF6 as the only UK service partner for DILO. As a NERS accredited ICP, we design and build grid connections up to 132kV.

Founded in 2001. Around 40 people. One works of about 24,500 sq ft. A test bay. Two paint booths. The BTU build area. The DILO service workshop. Everything we restore is stripped, rebuilt and tested here before it leaves.

Tier 2 says how transformers are made. It does not say you have to stop using the ones already built. New units cannot be made to older standards. Older cores cannot be modified. So we do not modify them. We restore what is there, and we tell you which is which.
