11kV distribution transformers, up to 3000kVA. Tier 2, Tier 1 and non-tier units. Restored at our works in Leeds, then tested the way a new one is tested. Certificates and an O&M manual go out with the unit. 24 to 36 months warranty.
Oil drained. Core flushed and refilled. Gaskets, breathers and bushings replaced. Tank repaired, shot blasted and repainted.
Every unit is tested against a numbered certificate series: ratio and dielectric, winding resistance, vector group, induced overvoltage and insulation resistance. Oil is sampled and partial discharge measured. Independent SFRA is brought in where a unit warrants it.
