DILO service, gas cart servicing, analyser support, genuine DILO spares, equipment hire and technical enquiries in the UK all come through us.

We manage SF₆ gas in electrical assets for asset owners, contractors, DNOs, IDNOs, ICPs and operators. Gas is moved only when it must be.

Field work: recovery, top-up, transfer, degassing and regassing, cylinder management, on-site works and emergency response. From EHV GIS to a decommissioned 11kV unit.

Condition and records: on-site gas analysis for moisture, purity and decomposition products. Purification, reclaim and recycling support. Weighing and tracking of quantities in and out. F-gas records and quality reporting.

Around the asset: leak detection and investigation, rectification support, switchgear intervention, decommissioning, training and contractor support.

Framework contracts: DILO gas carts are due a service every two years. We track your carts on our system, tell you before the interval falls due, and service them in the field or at our Leeds facility. Parts are held in stock for contracted customers.

Hire: DILO Mini, Mega, Piccolo and Economy series carts, multi-analysers and accessories. Held serviced at our Leeds facility and sent out calibrated and certified.

SF₆ is not being outlawed. The regulation restricts new SF₆ switchgear in certain voltage ranges. Existing assets stay legal and still need correct handling.
