A partnership with Eclipse Power Networks, an independent distribution network operator (iDNO). Eclipse adopt PES restored transformers and LV switchgear, which puts restored assets on an iDNO adoption route. The conventional route, new and DNO adoptable, stays open.
Eclipse adopt, own and operate the network once it is energised.
PES supply the equipment. HV switchgear on an adopted scheme is usually a new OEM ring main unit, which PES can also supply.
Eclipse make an asset value offer for the network they adopt.
